We bought this for our daughter as a Christmas present. Our plan was to put it together and place it under the tree, but when we opened it two days before Christmas THREE MAIN pieces were missing (not nuts and bolts), it is now two days after Christmas, we haven't gotten a response from the company or replacement parts. The gift is still in the box under our bed until we can give it to her. I thought this would be an adorable gift and toy for our 5 year old, we are very disappointed that we still cannot give it to her.
