I ordered this for my daughter's American Girl doll for Christmas. I was very impressed when it arrived. It is made of very strong metal and wood. Much cheaper than buying a very similar American Girl bed. I am very impressed and can not wait to see her face when she opens it for Christmas!!
**UPDATE** Christmas is over and my daughter not only opened this bed, but has fallen in LOVE with it!! It is made from heavy high quality metal, wood and fabrics. The bottom bed doesn't have a blanket (it does have a mattress), but that's not a huge deal. The A.G. equivilant is about $90 with the bedding. This looks so much like the American Girl bed it's wonderful! The bottom bed pulls out, but is not attached. We could not be happier!!

I also only paid $40 or $50 for it...I wouldn't pay more than $60. It was made for Our Generation Dolls, which are Target's American Girl version. I saw that this is listed for $330...DON'T PAY THAT!! I do think it's sold out on Target, but I'd wait until the price goes down. It's worth the money, but not more than $60.
